Wisconsin Ban Action Network 
Welcome to WIBAN, the political arm of Ban the Ban Wisconsin. We are a 527 political organization dedicated to identifying and supporting candidates throughout the state who support individual liberty and private property rights along with recognizing the rights of small and family run businesses who are simply trying to live out the American dream.
 
We work hard to find political candidates who understand that smoking is a personal choice and that allowing smoking in a private business is the right of the business owner and should not be dictated by government busybodies. With your help, we are working on becoming a force to be reckoned with in the state of Wisconsin.
 
We invite and encourage candidates and voters who have interest in this issue to utilize our work and let us help you. We have an established network throughout the state and can help ensure that Wisconsin stays a free state and that political candidates who believe in freedom and liberty are recognized for their vision.
 
Don't assume that government knows best. We are Wisconsin, and we need to have a voice where our freedom is concerned. Why? Because we do know best.

The Wisconsin Ban Action Network (WIBAN), while affiliated with, is not Ban the Ban Wisconsin, inc (BtBWI). Donations made to WIBAN are completely separate from those made to BtBWI and are spent exclusively in the support of candidates who oppose the state-wide smoking ban. BtBWI in no way supports or opposes political candidates and donations made go to further the research and outreach of BtBWI's activities.

We support the rights of the people to live free of a nanny state which not only insults us as responsible adults, but strips us of our basic individual rights.

 

If we are not free to make choices that others may not agree with - even if those choices may result in harm to ourselves - what freedom do we really have?

 

Legislating morality and forced social engineering in the name of the "greater good" has been tried before.

 

We must now ask ourselves if we want to allow our government to try it again.
